Each artwork is created to order specifically for you. Due to the made-to-order nature of this work, all sales are final.

If your print arrives damaged in transit, please contact me at hello@elenadragoi.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. I will gladly offer a replacement at no cost or provide store credit toward another piece.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, allowing me to continue offering complimentary shipping on orders over $500 USD and to support the artisans who bring this work to life.
